The contract aimed at offering specialized technical assistance in the field of SA granted to the structures of the Programme in order to ensure a proper implementation of the projects selected for financing within the Interreg VA Romania- Hungary Programme. ACZ Consulting has assissted, in real time, the personnel of the Joint Secretariat of the Progremme, by providing help-desk assistance, with regards to the proper implementation and monitoring of projects in relation to SA, in fulfilling the obligations of reporting the aid and, where appropriate, in the process of stopping / recovering the state aid / de minimis abusively used / illegally granted within the Programme. In the same time, the company has concluded on-site visits and elaborated multiple monitoring reports for all the projects financed by the programme. Moreover, 2 seminars/ trainings in the field of State Aid were performed for the managing bodies.
