The project was implemented by ACZ Consulting (leader) & t33 (partner), between April 2017 - February 2021, and involved the provision of seven evaluation studies, two substantiating the preparation of consolidated annual reports, submitted to the European Commission in 2017 and 2019, and other five evaluation studies focused on topics such as programme performance framework, mountain area, environmental and climate measures, small farm and the development of associative forms, administrative capacity in the implementation of NRDP 2014-2020. The on-going evaluation aimed at analyzing the effectiveness (extent to which the objectives set were met), efficiency (optimal relationship between the resources used and results obtained), relevance (extent to which planned objectives met the needs or problems encountered when implementing the programme) and socio-economic impact generated by programme's interventions on the sustainable and balanced development of the Romanian rural area. In addition to the seven evaluation studies, starting with 2017, with an annual frequency until 2020, ACZ Consulting & t33 elaborated the analysis regarding the net contribution of NRDP interventions to changing the value of SEA indicators, as well as the analysis regarding the achievement degree for the objectives set within each programme measure.
